Convenient location right by the bus stop and the city center, close to shops and everything that Greece has to offer! 🏞️ No complaints here, everything is just perfect.

Nicely decorated hotel located just next door to main city area that ends with the Port and all beautiful beaches. Well decorated room, comfortable bed. Unbeatable location near the beach and amicable stuff. Simply nothing too much trouble, just perfect stay.

The location was ideal, close to Panagia Eikonistria Monastery. the rooms were brand-new, well decorated, with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning.

The staff was very nice and also affable. the room was immaculately clean and had essentials like shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being near both the beach and the city center. the proximity to the airport is also convenient for travel. the rooms are clean and modern, with regular cleaning and changing of towels and linen. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for food and places to visit. the host even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out.

The cleaning service can be quite noisy in the mornings and may disturb your sleep.

The room at Annis House was cozy and comfortable with a lovely view of the garden. I felt so relaxed in the air-conditioned room, especially after a long day of exploring Skiathos Town. Having a flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch for some evening entertainment. The balcony in our twin/double room was a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, while soaking up the city vibes. I appreciated the electric kettle in the triple room, perfect for a quick cup of tea in the mornings.

Personally, I found the bathroom in the air-conditioned twin room a bit small, but it might not bother others.

The location was epic - so close to the bus, food and drinks - mind-blowing! The staff's responses were super quick. Parking was a bit tricky but doable. The room was jaw-droppingly clean and the balcony was a nice touch. Free parking nearby.

The room was bright, modern, and cleaned every morning. the location was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the main street, so it was quiet yet close to all the activities. Nina, the woman who looked after the accommodation, was amazing. She was always eager to help and gave us great advice on local places to visit.

It was great value for money and a place we would definitely return to. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

We had a great time at Annis House! The room was charming and clean, with a lovely balcony. The location is perfect - not on the busy street but close to everything. There is plenty of free parking space around. The staff, including the friendly host, were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was charmingly furnished and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the city center and within walking distance of the beach. We also enjoyed the fact that it was situated on top of a hill, offering beautiful views. Parking was plentiful and free, which was a bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing daily cleaning and changing of towels and bedsheets. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
